Much mechanical hydraulic extrusion granulator is designed as horizontal notch feeding, with vacuum box to vacuum mud. Much hydraulic extrusion granulator is especially suitable for alumina, silicon carbide and other special ceramics wet forming mud processing, mud moisture can be as low as 13% ~ 15%. It is mainly used for mud processing such as ceramic roller rods, generally through secondary granulation. It can also be used for extrusion molding of similar other ceramic products.
