1. Features
Advanced pre-stressed steel wire winding work cylinder and pre-stressed steel wire winding frame structure, the main stressed parts are treated with special structural form, high fatigue strength, reasonable force, safe and reliable, compact structure, light weight.
2. Use
Vertical Cold Isostatic Press is an advanced equipment for pressing high-quality powder products, which is mainly used for semi-finished products of powder products, moulding before sintering of parts and preforming of hot isostatic pressing blanks. The pressed products have high density, uniform density distribution, good isotropic performance, wide range of pressing and moulding, and can be pressed with large total size, large slenderness ratio and complex shape products, which are widely used in all kinds of cemented carbide, refractory materials, magnetic materials, ceramics, graphite, non-ferrous metals and high specific gravity alloy powder products, and also can be used in solid-state battery encapsulation, ultra-high-pressure sterilisation of food products, and ultra-high-pressure extraction of Chinese spices and herbs, and other processes.
