Lithium battery sagger forming solution

According to different powder formulations and processes of customers, Mach provides three solutions for sagger forming of lithium batteries:

Scheme 1: Semi-dry press forming

Applicable clay materials: certain plasticity, mixing materials and wheel grinding materials.

forming equipment: YS1000-2000F, YS500-3000F two-way floating mold frame hydraulic press, plastic pressure mold.

Product features: The body moisture is 8-13%, the body is easy to deform, the density is uneven, the bottom density is high, and the side wall density is low.

Scheme 2: Dry pressing forming

Applicable powder: grinding granulation, spraying granulation.

forming equipment: YS1000-500XB,YS1500-2500XB two-way sagger hydraulic press, dry pressing mold.

Product features: the body moisture is 1-5%, the body is not easy to deform, the density is uneven, the bottom density is high, and the density of the middle height of the side wall is low.

Scheme 3: Dry Bag Isostatic Pressing

Use powder: grinding granulation or spray granulation.

Forming equipment: GD570-500-300 dry bag isostatic press, dry bag mold.

product features: the body moisture is 1-5%, the body strength is high, the density is uniform, and the density of the bottom and the side wall is the same.
