1. Features
This machine is a small cylinder diameter, long cold isostatic press, the press is designed as a horizontal structure, the pressurisation system adopts the company's special design of the pre-pressurisation pumps and pressurisation system, with fast pressurisation, to pressure automatically into the holding pressure, unloading and opening of the cylinder and other functions.
The working medium of this machine can be emulsion or tap water, the use of low cost, so that the machine has high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, smooth operation, low labour intensity, easy to operate, low cost, safe and reliable, the installation and operation of this machine does not require special foundations, cranes, high plant and other conditions. 2. Use
This machine is especially suitable for isostatic pressing of long and thin pipe fittings such as ceramic roller bar. If matched with the groove can also be used for large quantities of small pieces of isostatic pressure forming. Food isostatic press can be used for food and beverage ultra-high pressure sterilisation, extraction of spices or traditional Chinese medicine and other processes.
